SHIPPING

We ship orders every weekday from Monday through Saturday. For all the products in stock, if you order before 9am on one of those days, we’ll ship your order out the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship on the first upcoming dispatch day.

 

DELIVERY

Since we operate out of a remote place in the mountains, it takes 5-7 days for standard delivery & 3-5 days for express delivery.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have an option to cancel an order when it is in packaging status, within 12 hours from placing the order. You can write to our customer support team on support@banaksha.in or call us on +91-9816300195. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange goods if they are lost in transit or has an expiry of less than 3 months you should promptly contact us on banaksha.himachal@gmail.com or call us on +91-7018529195. We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 48-72 hours, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the loss. 

In case of sizing issue, since they are limited edition handmade products, it is not feasible to provide an immediate exchange. Hence, some of our products come with extra margins for you to easily facilitate alterations at your end itself. In case, you might still face an issue, please write to us on support@banaksha.in or call us on +91-9816300195 and we will get back to you with the best possible solution.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Banaksha, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if

  1. The product has an expiry of less than 3 months

  2. Lost in Transit

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to process.

 

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
